Deleting your account and data

You can delete your Protokol account and all associated data at any time, in two ways. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

1. From the app (recommended, immediate)

Open the Protokol app and sign in.
Open the menu (☰) and go to the section "Account & legal".
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your authentication account and all your data are deleted from the server immediately.

2. By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write to us from your account address at contact@protokol.help with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account and data within at most 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: the account email address, the profile (age, sex, weight, blood pressure, declared medical conditions), the daily journal, weight history, blood work, progress photos, body measurements, generated programs and any associated messages.

Data retained after deletion

We do not keep your health data after deletion. We may retain strictly the minimum required by law (e.g. accounting records for payments already made, under tax obligations) — without any of your health data, and only for the period the law requires.
